Christmas Collection
Priests Christmas Collection is being taken up this week-end, 21st & 22nd December. We encourage everyone to contribute generously to this Collection as well as to any arrears.

Christmas Masses
The Christmas Masses on 24th & 25th December will be
Glengoole Church: Tuesday at 6.30. Christmas Day at 10.00
Gortnahoe Church: Tuesday at 7.45 and Christmas Day at 11.15.

Eucharistic Adoration
No Eucharistic Adoration on Christmas Day or St. Stephens Day. Next will be on New Years Day and usual day in each Church from 10.00 to 7.00.

Annual Collection
The Annual Collection for the decoration of our sanctuaries will be taken up on week-end of Dec. 28th & 29th December. Let your generous support show your appreciation of beautiful decoration in each church each week.

St. Patrick’s College, Thurles
The Minister for Education has allowed the College to accept another intake of students on their four teacher education programmes in September 2014. Students interested in becoming Second Level Teachers, contact phourigan@stpats.ie. Paula Hourigan at 087 7117772

The €9,000 Jackpot was not won last week. Numbers drawn were 7, 10, 13, & 24. Hamper Winners were Mary Finnegan, Kyle, The Commons. Tommy Duggan, Coalbrook, David Spellacy, Sallybog. Grange Crag Annual Walk is on Dec. 29th at 1.15. Refreshments at Hogans afterwards. Everybody welcome.

Ballyboys November Charity Collection
Thanks to all who contributed to Ballyboys November Charity Collection. We raised €1,870 for Tipp Hospice and Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles

Vehicle Charity Drive
Are you in the Vehicle Charity Drive on St. Stephens Day, starting at Ballysloe at 12.30?.

Memorial Tree at Community Centre, Gortnahoe
Your contributions in aid of Good Shepherd cemetery can be got at the PO to be placed on the tree. Time Capsule, containing your photos etc will be buried on Christmas Day after Mass. The Capsule will be at the Church on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and in the Post Office before that, for your items.
