Feast of the Immaculate Conception
The Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Our Lady is this Monday. It will not be a holyday of obligation. Mass in both churches at 9.30.

Christmas Carol Service
Annual Christmas Carol Service will take place on Sunday next 15th December in Gortnahoe Church at 7.00. This is an occasion when the wonderful spirit of Christmas and its religious meaning comes into the hearts and souls of everyone, from children to the oldest people of the parish.

St. Vincent de Paul Collection
St. Vincent de Paul Collection is being taken up this week-end. We encourage great generosity for the support of those in need in our own parish. The members of our Conference will be putting their best effort into making Christmas special for all who have completed the Application Forms.

Senior Citizens Annual Christmas Party
Gortnahoe Senior Citizens Committee would like to thank everybody who supported their Church Gate Collection last week-end. All Senior Citizens are invited to the Annual Christmas Party this Sunday in Gortnahoe Hall at 1.00

Gortnahoe-Glengoole Parish Annual
Sale of the Annual has been progressing very well and so many are loud in their praise of such variety and especially the inclusion of the names on almost all the photographs, which would have involved a great deal of research, and makes the book even more to be admired by people from the parish far and wide in the world. .

GAA Lotto
There was no winner of the € 8,600 Jackpot. The numbers drawn were 10, 11, 15, & 29. Lucky Dip winners were John Prout, Gortnahoe, Cathy Slattery, Sallybog, Benny Purcell, Urard and Johnny Guilfoyle, Urard. Next Draw on 12th December Jackpot 8,600. All tickets purchased between now and 19th December will be entered into a draw for four Christmas Hampers.

Faith and Formation Meeting
Faith and Formation monthly meeting will be held in Gortnahoe Hall on Tuesday next.
