First Communion
Congratulations to the children who received their First Communion this Saturday and to their families and their teachers. Remember them in your prayers.

Annual May Procession
The Annual May Procession will takes place on Sunday next 22nd May in Glengoole Church, with Mass at 10.00. A special invitation to all the children and their families who received their First Communion this year in the parish.

Eucharistic Adoration
Glengoole, Wednesday from 10.00 to8.00. Gortnahoe Thursday 10.00 to 7.00. Come to spend the hour in adoration.

Remembrance for the Holy Year of Mercy
The opening of the Jubilee Doors put before us the opportunity to open the doors we need opened. .Perhaps in our relationships there are doors which have been closed either in hurt or in anger. Now is the time to permit God to open the doors and to allow the power of his healing to enter.

Parish Development Fund 400 Club Draw
Gortnahoe-Glengoole Parish Development Fund 400 Club Draw for May will be in Glengoole Hall on Monday night 16th May at 8.00 Come along.

June Family Mass
Family Mass Meeting to prepare for the June Family Mass will be in Gortnahoe Hall on Tuesday night 17th at7.30. Give your help by coming.

Pope John Paul II Awards
The Pope John Paul II Awards will be officially launched in Cashel and Emly Diocese on Wednesday next May 18th at 3.15 in The Anner Hotel, Thurles by Tipperary Captain, Brendan Maher. These awards take place in almost all dioceses in the country and provide great support and interest for our young people We hope for great support from you for these awards and for Fr. Vincent Stapleton the great organiser of this drive for young people.

Church Gate Collection
Irish Cancer Society Church Gate Collection will take place on next week-end 21st and 22nd May.

Glengoole United Cycle Challenge
Glengoole United Cycle Challenge will take place on Sunday 12th June. Route to be confirmed. Entry €20.00. Registration and route information from 10.00 in Glengoole Hall.

Sincere Thanks

Anam Cara monthly Parent evening for bereaved families will be on Monday 14th from 7.30 to 9.00. Come along. Admission is free.
