Glengoole: each morning at 9.30
Gortnahoe: each morning except Thursday at 9.30.

Priests Annual Collection
Education of Priests Annual Collection will be taken up next week-end, 30th & 31st May. Envelopes for the Collection were distributed at the beginning of the year. Please contribute generously.

Eucharistic Adoration
Eucharistic Adoration will take place on Wednesday in Glengoole Church from 10.00 to 8.00 and in Gortnahoe Church on Thursday from 10.00 to 7.00.

First Communion
Congratulations to the children from Gortnahoe School who received their First Communion on Saturday. Also to their parents, families and teachers. May Jesus bring them special graces.

Procession in Glengoole
The Annual Procession in Glengoole in honour of Our Lady organised by the Legion of Mary takes place after 10.00 Mass on Sunday next 31st May. A special invitation to all the children in the parish who received their First Communion this year.

St. Vincent de Paul meeting
Society of St. Vincent de Paul meeting in Ballysloe School on Monday night 25th May at 7.30. All members please attend.

Gortnahoe Senior Citizens
There will be no Club Day on Tuesday 26th May.

Beatification of Archbishop Oscar Romero
Beatification of Archbishop Oscar Romero, Archbishop of San Salvador, in El Salvador who was assassinated while saying Mass on 24th March 1980 will take place by Pope Francis in Rome this Sunday

Glengoole United Clothes Collection
Sincerest thanks to everyone who contributed to our recent Clothes Collection. It was a great success and provided some valuable funding for the Club. Fitness Challenge 2015. This year’s Fitness Challenge takes place on Saturday 13th June at 2.00. Entry Fee €25.00 (includes T Shirt) 26km Cycle, run/walk, cycle. Registration from 12.00 to 1.30 in Glengoole Hall. (Bicycle helmets are compulsory).

A 5km walk will also be take place in The Cragg, Grange at 2pm on the same day. Registration from 1.00 to 1.45 at Grange Hall. Entry Fee is €10.00. Refreshments provided afterwards for all entrants.
