Education of Priests Annual Collection
Education of Priests Annual Collection will be taken up this week-end, 30th & 31st May. Envelopes for the Collection were distributed at the beginning of the year. Please contribute generously.

Eucharistic Adoration
Eucharistic Adoration will take place on Wednesday in Glengoole Church from 10.00 to 8.00 and in Gortnahoe Church on Thursday from 10.00 to 7.00.

First Thursday
Glengoole: Mass in Latin at 7.00

First Friday
Glengoole: Confessions 6.30 and Mass 7.00
Gortnahoe: Confessions 7.30 and Mass 8.00.

Procession in Glengoole
The Annual Procession in Glengoole in honour of Our Lady organised by the Legion of Mary takes place after 10.00 Mass on this Sunday 31st May. A special invitation to all the children in the parish who received their First Communion this year.

Family Mass for June
Family Mass for June will take place next Sunday 7th June, in Glengoole at 10.00 and in Gortnahoe at 11.15. Theme for June, as next Sunday is Corpus Christi is “I am the living bread which has come down from heaven.” Come along to make this a special celebration Sunday.

Gorta Self Help, Africa
Church Gate Collection for Gorta Self Help, Africa will be next weekend, 6th & 7th June. Please give generously.

GAA County Clubs Draw
We ask all members joining this Draw with Gortnahoe-Glengoole Club to have their returns back with their promoter by this Tuesday 2nd June for 1st Draw on Friday 5th June.

G.A.A. Lotto
There was no winner of the Jackpot this week. Numbers drawn were 2, 7, 10 & 13. Lucky Dip winners were Emma Slattery, c/o Tony Ivors, Margaret Lanigan, Gurteen, Sr. Bridget Lonergan, Freshford, Billy Barnaville, Gortnahoe. Sellers Prize winner was Anne Barnaville. Next Draw 4th June at Dollys. Jackpot €20,000. Reserve Jackpot €5,400.

Clothes Collection on Friday 12th June
Glengoole N.S. are having a Clothes Collection on Friday 12th June. All new or used clothes can be dropped off at the school any day during school hours. All donations gratefully appreciated.

Garden of Remembrance A.G.M.
Ballynonty Garden of Remembrance A.G.M. will be held on Thursday 4th June at 8 p.m. in Community House Ballynonty. All are welcome.

Glengoole United Notes
Fitness Challenge 2015. This year’s Fitness Challenge takes place on Saturday 13th June at 2.00. Entry Fee €25.00 (includes T Shirt) 26km Cycle, run/walk, cycle. Registration from 12.00 to 1.30 in Glengoole Hall. (Bicycle helmets are compulsory).

5km Walk in The Cragg
A 5km walk will also be take place in The Cragg, Grange at 2.00. on the same day. Registration from 1.00 to 1.45 at Grange Hall. Entry Fee is €10.00. Refreshments provided afterwards for all entrants.
