Collection for the Missions
The Annual Collection for the Missions is being be taken up this weekend 19th & 20th November. . Our religion spread through our support of the Missions. If you have overlooked it, please contribute as soon as possible.

Pastoral Letter ‘Come to the Table’
Pastoral Letter of Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly, entitled ‘Come to the Table’ is available on the seats in our Churches this week-end. It invites us to read the Bible with the hope of encountering God and coming to understand Jesus in a new way. He also invites us to take part in three reflective nights during Advent in our area, which will be held in the Fr. Tirry Community Centre, Barrack Street, Fethard, to share and be nourished at the table of God’s Word. The first night will be on Tuesday night 29th November.

We encourage all to consider attending and we ask all who wish to attend to give their names at the sacristy today, so that all can be organised. This is the first invitation we have received from Archbishop Kieran, so please give your name and come and be closer to the Word of God. Take home the Pastoral after Mass.

Mass of Thanksgiving
Year of Mercy Ending, Mass of Thanksgiving will be in the Cathedral, Thurles on this Sunday 20th November. All people of the diocese are invited to come in procession for a distance to the Mass at 2.30. The Gathering point for the people of our parish is the Car Park behind the Munster Hotel at 2.00 approx. We will travel at 2.00 in procession with our Parish Lantern to the Cathedral for the Mass at 2.30.

Sale of Work in Gortnahoe Hall
Annual Sale of Work will be held in Gortnahoe Hall on Sunday 4th December. Circulars and tickets will be distributed this week. Support
Senior Citizens Christmas Party will take place on Wednesday 1st Dec. at the Millennium Family Resource Centre, Glengoole – including Raffle. Bookings in good time on 052 9157992.

400 Club November Draw

Balyboys Hair Challenge
Shave/Dye on 25th November in Mary Willies, at 9.00. All welcome to attend. A great night organised, live music, also opportunity of photograph with all-Ireland Cups. Come along and support. Thanks from Erika and Rachel for your wonderful support last Sunday.
