Year of Mercy Reflection
Visit the Sick: In visiting the sick our compassion should include a genuine human caring presence, a listening ear, a loving heart and a genuine smile. Action:: Bring some solace to a person who has been ill for some time.

400 Club Parish Development New Draw
The first Draw will take place on this Monday, 14th November in Glengoole Hall at 8.00. As there were a few tickets available at last Monday night’s Meeting, do not be left out, but rather check to-day to find if you could still be in luck and be in this wonderful Draw. Cost is €50.00 for the whole twelve draws. Come to sacristy.
Eucharistic Adoration
Glengoole: Wednesday from 10.00 to 8.00.
Gortnahoe: Thursday, Adoration, 10.00 to 7.00.

Mass of Thanksgiving
Year of Mercy Ending, Mass of Thanksgiving will be in the Cathedral, Thurles on Sunday 20th November. All people of the diocese are invited to come in procession for a distance to the Mass at 2.30. The Gathering point for the people of our parish is the Car Park behind the Munster Hotel at 2.00 approx. We will travel in procession with our Parish Lantern to the Cathedral for the Mass at 2.30. Be sure to come along.
Choir Practice for Christmas
Choir Practice this Wednesday 16th Nov. in Gortnahoe Church at 8.00. This is in preparation for the Carol Service in Glengoole Church on Sunday 11th December and Christmas Eve. All singers & Musicians most welcome.
St. Vincent de Paul Society Meeting
St. Vincent de Paul Society Meeting in Ballysloe School on Mon. 14th November at 7.30.
Coffee Morning & Cake Sale in Gortnahoe Hall
Cake Sale/Coffee Morning on Sunday morning November 13th in Gortnahoe Hall, from 11.30 onwards hosted by two local girls, Erika Carroll and Rachel Bergin, in aid of Hope Foundation. Results of Colouring Competition will be announced that morning.
Tidy Towns Table Quiz
Glengoole Tidy Towns Table Quiz will be in Teach Sean agus Peig, Glengoole on Friday 18th November. Raffle included. Come along.
Balyboys Hair Challenge
Shave/Dye on 25th November in Mary Willies, all welcome to attend. A great night organised, live music, also opportunity of photograph with all-Ireland Cups. Come along and support.
