May Family Mass
May Family Mass will be on this Sunday 1st May at 10.00 in Glengoole and 11.15 in Gortnahoe. A meeting to help organise for the Family Mass will be held in Gortnahoe Hall on Monday next 18th April at 7.30. Please come along.

Eucharistic Adoration
Glengoole, Wednesday from 10.00 to8.00.
Gortnahoe Thursday 10.00 to 7.00.

Parish Development Fund 400 Club Draw
Gortnahoe-Glengoole Parish Development Fund 400 Club Draw for April will be in Gortnahoe Hall on Monday 18th April; at 8.00. Come along and pray that your luck is in.

Ecumenical Centenary Service
Ecumenical Centenary Service of 1916 remembering the Easter Rising and the Battle of the Somme will be held in Kilcooley Church on Thursday 28th April at 8.00. This is an involvement of both the Catholic parish and the Church of Ireland Parish in remembering all who died and praying for peace.

Whist Drive in Grange
St. Vincent de Paul Society wishes to thank everybody who supported the Whist Drive in Grange on 1st April/It was very successful and the Society appreciates all the work and co-operation of everyone involved. There will be a meeting of the Society in Ballysloe N.S. on Monday 18th April at 7.30.

Millennium Family Resource Centre
Suicide Prevention in South Tipperary – have your say. A public consultation event will take place in the Millennium Family Resource Centre, Glengoole on Thursday 21st April from 7.00 to 9.00. Thurles Lions Club
Diabetes Screening takes place on Saturday 23rd April from 9.00 to 5.00. in Thurles Pharmacy in the Shopping Centre. Qualified nurses will be present. The service is free. Come along.

Important Public Notice
Due to Health and Safety issues regarding overhead wires, the relocation of the bottle-bank at the present site in Gortnahoe is now necessary. If a suitable site is not found in the near future, Gortnahoe will lose out on this service within the next three months. Anyone with information on how we can resolve this problem, please contact any member of the Tidy Towns Committee.

Senior Citizens Bus Trip
Gortnahoe Senior Citizens Bus Trip to the Dome, Thurles for Concert on Wednesday 27th April. Bus leaves the Hall at 6.00 pm. Names to Post Office as soon as possible. Tickets are €25.00 (non refundable). No Club Day on Tuesday 26th April.
