May Procession
The Annual May Procession in honour of Our Lady will be in Glengoole on Sunday next 19th May after 10.00 Mass. A special place for all First Communion children of the parish.
Safeguarding Children
Safeguarding Children Review of the practices in the Diocese by the National Board for Safeguarding Children takes place on 20-22nd May 2013. We invite any survivors of abuse, who have not made a report, to come forward to the Gardai, the HSE, or the Designated Person in the diocese; Bill Meagher at 086 0368999.
Defibrillator Group Collection
Gortnahoe-Glengoole Defibrillator Group are holding their Church Gate Collection this weekend. Please contribute generously.
Text Alert Launch
Text Alert Launch for Gortnahoe-Glengoole and a number of surrounding parishes takes place in Scoil Ruain Sports Hall, Killenaule on Friday next 17th May at 7.00. Our presence in great numbers gives the message that the safety of all our parishioners is of great importance to us, so be sure to come.
Famine Memorial Day
Famine Memorial Day is this Sunday 12th May. Please remember the victims of the Great Famine when all Church bells will be rung at 2.00.

Scrap Metal Saturday Collection organized by Ballingarry Tidy Towns will be in Ballingarry G.A.A Car Park on Saturday 18th May for all metal.

MFRC Course Information Morning
If you are under 35 and in receipt of Social Protection come to an Open Morning at the Millennium Family Resource Centre, Glengoole on Tuesday 14th May from 9.30 to 12.00.
National Spring Clean

Ascension Prayer
