Family Mass Group
Family Mass for February will be this Sunday in Glengoole at 10.00 and in Gortnahoe at 11.15. The Theme of the Mass will be the support and prayer for those who will receive confirmation during the coming month. A very warm welcome is extended to new members of the Family Mass Group. Come along to a meeting in Gortnahoe Hall this Monday night from 7.30 to 8.30. The monthly Family Mass has been so important to the faith in families.

St. Vincent de Paul Meeting
St. Vincent de Paul Meeting will be in Ballysloe School on Monday at 7.30.

Senior Citizens
Gortnahoe Senior Citizens are going on a bus trip to Paddy Slattery’s Museum on Tues. 26th Feb. Bus leaving Hall at 1.45. Cost € 10.00 (Tea included).Names to the Post Office by Tue. 19th Feb. This trip is instead of Club Day.

G.A.A. Lotto
There was no winner of the € 15,800 Jackpot this week The numbers drawn were 19, 23, 24, & 25. Lucky Dip winners were Anne Grennan, c/o Corbetts, Aaron Loughnane, Clonamicklon, Michelle & Aidan Morrissey, Seamus Doheny, c/o Mary Willies. € 25 Sellers Prize winner was Gerry Cahill. Next Draw is 7th February in Prouts. Jackpot will be €16,000.

Juvenile G.A.A.
Gortnahoe-Glengoole Juvenile G.A.A. will hold a committee meeting on Wed. 13th Feb. at 8.00.This year all players must wear gum shields while playing football. These will be available through the Club.

Camogie and Girls Football Club
Gortnahoe-Glengoole Juvenile Camogie and Girls Football Club will hold its AGM on Friday 8th February at 8.00 in the GAA Club Rooms, Gortnahoe. We hope to see a representative from each child in attendance from U6 to U18

Coffee Morning and Cake Sale
Coffee Morning and Cake Sale in Gortnahoe Hall on Sunday 17th February in aid of Book Rental Scheme for Gortnahoe School. Your support will be much appreciated as the Scheme has been a great success. All new volunteers please contact Annettte at 087 6707896.

Transfusion Service
Blood Transfusion Service at The Dome, Semple Stadium, Thurles on Monday 11th Feb. from 2.30 to 5.30. Tuesday 12th, Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th from 6.00 to 9.00. Plenty donors are essential.
