Ecumenical Service
The annual Ecumenical Service will be in Gortnahoe Church on this Sunday at 7.00. A very warm invitation to everyone.
Clerks’ Collection
The Annual Collection for the Clerks of our Churches is being taken up this week-end. We call generosity from everyone . If you have overlooked it, please contribute as soon as possible.
First Thursday
Glengoole: Mass in Latin on Thursday 31st at 7.00.
First Friday
Glengoole: Confessions at 6.30. Mass at 7.00.
Gortnahoe: Confessions 7.30. Mass at 8.00.
Candlemas
Mass and blessing of Candles will be in Glengoole Church on Saturday next at 10.00. Please buy candles or contribute to the Fund.
Family Mass
Family Mass for February will be on Sunday next 3rd February in Glengoole at 10.00 and in Gortnahoe at 11.15. The Theme of the Mass will be the support and prayer for those who will receive confirmation during the coming month.
Catholic Schools Week
Catholic Schools Week 2013 will be from 27th January to 2nd February. Please keep the schools and the pupils and staff in your prayers.
G.A.A. Lotto
There was no winner of the € 15,600 Jackpot this week. The numbers drawn were 7, 11, 27, & 29. Golf Society AGM
Mary Willies Golf Society AGM will be on Friday 1st Feb. at 9.00 in Mary Willies. New members are welcome. As this is our 21st anniversary a warm welcome to former members to join us again this year. All courses booked for the coming year will be announced at the AGM. Enquiries to 086 8138325.

Gortnahoe-Glengoole Juvenile G.A.A. will hold a meeting on Thursday 31st Jan. at 8.00 in Clubrooms for all team coaches at juvenile level. All interested in being team coaches are invited and are most welcome.

As Pat Holohan has recently died, the Hall Committee is asking for volunteers to call the Bingo numbers on a Saturday night. The more volunteers the less the load, so please give your name to the Post Office or any Committee member before February 1st 2013.
