Unite for Life Vigil from Unite for Life Committee
On Saturday 19th January there will be a Unite for Life pro-Life Vigil held in Merrion Square, Dublin at 4.30. Please make every effort to attend. This will probably be the last opportunity to send a united message to the Government not to legislate for abortion as they plan to do this year. The purpose of the Vigil is also to clear up some of the confusion that has arisen between necessary medical intervention in pregnancy to safeguard a mother’s life and induced abortion, where the goal of the procedure is to is to end the life of the baby. Right now those campaigning for abortion have skillfully managed to blur the distinction between abortion and necessary medical treatments in pregnancy. The organizers of the Unite for Life Vigil strongly urge you to make every effort to attend. The situation could not be more serious. Now is the time for each of us to make our voices heard in defence of life. Please spread the word to family, friends and anyone you know. For any queries about the event please telephone Denise at 087 2668702 or Katie at 087 7020255. Posters and candles for use during the vigil will be provided on the day. We very much look forward to seeing you there.
