Family Mass
Our monthly Family Mass takes place this Sunday in Glengoole at 10.00 and in Gortnahoe at 11.15. It is our special celebration of the Epiphany, or Little Christmas or Nollaig na mBan. It is the final day of the twelve days of Christmas. It marks the coming of the Wise Men from the East in faith to adore Jesus and bring their gifts, following the Christmas Star. It is a most suitable day to let this year of 2013, the Year of Faith, which is the Theme of our Family Mass, become a time of celebration, of prayer and the enrichment of our lives through our belief in God who is so close to us and the handing on of that belief to our families and parishioners. A very worthwhile involvement would be joining the Faith and Formation Group this year, which meets in Gortnahoe Hall at 8.30 on the second Tuesday of each month. Come along on Tuesday night next 8th January at 8.30.

Morning Masses
Glengoole: Each morning at 9.30.
Gortnahoe: Each day at 9.30.

Year of Faith Family Prayer
God our Father, in Jesus You call all Christian families and homes to be signs of living faith. By the light of the Holy Spirit, lead us to be thankful for the gift of faith, and by that gift may we grow in our relationship with Jesus, Your son, and be confident witnesses to Christian hope and joy to all we meet. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
