Morning Masses
Gortnahoe: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 9.30.
Glengoole: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 9.30.

Feast Day
Feast of all Saints on Thursday 1st November is a Holyday of Obligation.
Masses in Glengoole on Wednesday at 6.30p.m. and Thursday at 10.00. Masses in Gortnahoe on Wednesday at 7.45 p.m. and Thursday at 11.15.
Feast of All Souls and First Friday 2nd November.
Masses in Glengoole at 9.30 a.m. and 7.00 p.m.
Masses in Gortnahoe at 9.30 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.

Masses for the Holy Souls
Thirty Masses for the Holy Souls will be offered in the parish during November for all you have included in the list of your dead. Please return these lists and offerings as soon as possible. Envelopes were distributed at the beginning of the year. Further envelopes at the end of the Church. A Plenary Indulgence for the dead can be gained on 1st and 2nd November by receiving Holy Communion and praying for the dead.

Eucharistic Adoration
Eucharistic Adoration this week will be in Glengoole up to evening Mass on Wednesday and in Gortnahoe after the 11.15 Mass on Thursday.

Glengoole Hall
Blessing of the Newly re-furbished Glengoole Hall will take place this Sunday 28th Oct. after the 10.00 Mass. Please come along. Teas served.

Family Mass
The November Family Mass will be on Sunday 4th in Glengoole at 10.00 and in Gortnahoe at 11.15. remembering the Holy Souls.

Cake Sale/Coffee Morning
Please support Sarah Miskella's cake sale/coffee morning this Sunday 28th October from 11.00 a.m. onwards in Gortnahoe Hall. All money raised on the day goes towards project work in Calcutta for those less fortunate than us.

November Pledge
The Pioneer Total Abstinence Association asks you to take the pledge to abstain from alcohol during November for the Holy Souls.

Pallottine Collection
Sincere thanks to everyone who supported the Pallottine Collection last week-end. €273 contributed in Gortnahoe.

Blood Transfusion Service
Blood Transfusion Service Clinic will be in The Dome, Semple Stadium, Thurles on Tuesday 30th October , 2.30 to 5.30, Wednesday 31st, Thursday 1st and Monday 5th November from 6.00 to 9.00 each day.

Defibrillator Group
Gortnahoe-Glengoole defibrillator Group are planning to place defib machines throughout the parish and they are looking for volunteers to train in cpr and defib use from Grange, Ballysloe, Glengoole. Ballynonty are willing to help on a rota. Precedence will be given to areas with people trained. Names and enquiries to Gortnahoe Post Office 056 8834101.

Table Quiz
Keep Friday night 16th November free to be part of a most enjoyable Table Quiz at Hogans, Ballysloe in aid of Ballysloe School.
