May Procession this Sunday
Annual May Procession will take place after the 10.00 Mass in Glengoole on this Sunday 25th May.

Collection
The annual Collection for the Education of Priests takes place next week-end, 31st May & 1st June. Please give generously. Envelopes for this Collection were distributed at the beginning of the year.

Family Mass
The Family Mass for June takes place on Sunday 1st June, the Feast of the Ascension. As it comes close to the ending of the School Year there will be special involvement of school children and of altar servers.

Gortnahoe Playground Group invites you all to come to enjoy this year’s Gortnahooley Day in Prouts Pub, Gortnahoe on Sunday 1st June, a day full of entertainment, Draws and much more from 3.00. Tickets are € 5.00.

Chernobyl Church Gate Collection
Thanks to all who supported the Friends of the Children of Chernobyl Church Gate Collection last week-end. €657.80 was contributed.

County Semi-Final against Toomevara
Well done to our U16 Football team who won the Mid Final last week. Please support them in the County Semi-Final against Toomevara in The Ragg on Monday 26th May at 7.15.

Two Teachers Schools Competition
Well done to the hurlers of Ballysloe School who reached the Semi-Final of the Two Teachers Schools Competition recently.

Senior Citizens committee meeting
Gortnahoe Senior Citizens will hold a committee meeting on Monday 26th May at 7.30. Club Day will be on Tuesday 27th May at 2.30.in the Hall, last Get-Together before the summer. Be sure to come along.

‘Bright Starts’ and ‘Little Buddies’
Gortnahoe Community Playgroup are now taking enrolments in their ‘Bright Starts’ and ‘Little Buddies’ rooms for Sept. 2014. All children aged 2 yrs & 10 mths – 6 yrs are welcome. Clothes Recycling Collection in Glengoole Hall
Glengoole United F.C. will hold a Clothes Recycling Collection in Glengoole Hall on Saturday July 5th. All donations of unwanted clothes, bed linen, towels, curtains, shoes, bags, belts, soft toys, laptops (with lead) & mobile phones, etc. are welcome. Hall open Friday 6.00 to 8.00 & Saturday 10.00 to 1..00 or give to any member of Glengoole F.C. beforehand.

Remembrance Mass at St. Paul’s Church, Dooradoyle
Remembrance Mass for all who died in the past year at University Hospital, Dooradoyle, Limerick takes place at St. Paul’s Church, Dooradoyle on Sunday 15th June at 3.00. All bereaved families are invited.
