Sincerest Thanks

Peter’s Pence Collection for His Holiness the Pope
The Annual Collection for His Holiness the Pope, Peter’s Pence, will be taken up next week-end, Saturday and Sunday, 5th & 6th August. Please contribute generously. Envelopes for this Collection were distributed at the beginning of the year.

Cemetery Masses
Boulick Cemetery Mass will take place on Friday 11th August at 7.30, A special meeting to organise this Mass will be on Thursday next at 8.00 in Fr. O’Rourke’s home. Please come along to make preparations.

Mass at Ballynonty Memorial Garden
Annual Mass at Ballynonty Memorial Garden will take place on Tuesday next, 1st August at 7.00. Please come along and join in prayer.

Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock
The Annual Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock - Sunday 6th August. A final call to all who have not yet booked, before it is too late. The bus from Ballingarry will be in Ballysloe at 8.15 and Gortnahoe at 8.20. The charge is €20 for adults and €10.00 for children. Give your name early this week, to Gortnahoe Post Office, to Bridie, Glengoole sacristan or to Fr. O’Rourke.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament Glengoole on Wednesday from 10.00 to 8.00. Gortnahoe on Thursday from 10.00 to 7.00. Come for adoration.

Vocations Reflection
“Ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you”. Ask in prayer to know your vocation! Seek and find ways to serve! Table Quiz in Hogan’s
Glengoole United Soccer Club will hold a Table Quiz in Hogans, Ballysloe on Friday August 4th at 9.30. €20.00 for a Table of Four. Please support.

Ballynonty Community Field Day
Ballynonty Community Field Day will be on this Sunday 30th July, with Lambert Puppet Show from Dublin, Fancy Dress, and Side Shows. Fancy Dress starts at 1pm. Fun Day assured for everyone, young and old.

G.A.A. Lotto Results
There was no winner of the Jackpot of €9,400. The numbers drawn were 7, 10, 16 & 23.
