Lough Derg Pilgrimage
A local Pilgrimage to Lough Derg will take place from July 5th to 7th. A bus will leave Killenaule at 5.30 in the morning of July 5th. Further information from 086 3868877.
Good Shepherd Cemetery
The Good Shepherd Mass will be on Friday 28th June at 7.30.We will have our final cleans ups on Tuesday 18th and Tuesday 25th June at 7.30. We ask for anyone who has family buried in the cemetery to please come along and help in any way they can.
Garda Vetting
To assist Clubs in understanding the requirements placed upon them by the new National Vetting Bureau Act 2012, NTSP is hosting an information evening on Garda Vetting for sports organisations and clubs on Tuesday 25th June from 7.00 to 9.00 in Nenagh AFC, Brickfields. A trained Irish Sports Council tutor will outline the procedures sports Clubs are required to take to ensure all appropriate volunteers and coaches are vetted, and to address any questions or concerns that may exist. Full Moon Walk
A Full Moon Walk across Derryvilla Boglands, takes place on June 21st at 9.30pm from outside Brennan’s Bar, Glengoole. Registration €10 per person. All proceeds to Heads Up, Youth suicide charity. Hi-vis jacket/torch required. Enquiries to 087 7500710.
