Carol Service
Our Annual Parish Carol Service involving all our parish choirs, readings, reflections and prayers will be in Glengoole Church this Sunday evening at 7.00. A warm invitation to all parishioners & visitors.

Christmas Collection
The Christmas Collection for the priests of the Archdiocese, active and retired will be taken up next week-end. We call on your generosity to contribute to this Collection and to pay all arrears. Envelopes were distributed at the beginning of the year. We ask the usual Collectors to please attend.

Holy Communion for the Sick
Bringing Holy Communion to the Sick and Housebound in preparation for Christmas will take place on Thursday and Friday next after Masses. If anybody is unable to be out for Christmas, please let us know.

School Mass and Carols
Gortnahoe School Mass and Carols will be in Gortnahoe Church on Friday morning, 21st at 10.00. All families and friends are invited.

Folk Choir Practice
Gortnahoe Folk Choir Practice on Wednesday night 19th Dec. in Gortnahoe Church at 8.00 in preparation for Christmas Eve Mass. All are welcome.

2012 Parish Annual
Thank you to all who purchased our Parish Annual. We encourage you to purchase timely, before copies start to run out. The books are on sale at the local shops, Post Offices and sacristies. It is a beautiful read and contains plenty of photos.

Lourdes Pilgrimage
Annual Diocesan Lourdes Pilgrimage in 2013 will be from 16th to 19th June 2013. Full details concerning the Pilgrimage are in the Church Porch. We encourage parishioners to consider being part of that wonderful pilgrimage and start to make preparations soon.

Volunteer in Africa
Humanitarian Volunteers are looking for volunteers to travel to East Africa in Feb. 2013. The volunteers will work on a humanitarian project for two weeks. No experience required and no age restrictions. No large fundraising. Volunteers will pay their own costs. Contact Denis at 086 8520271.
