Copies of the Pastoral from the bishops of Ireland for Day for Life are on the church seats and at the end s of the churches. Please take a copy and may everyone, especially the old, be cherished and receive real care.

Bible Study

Sponsored Walk
Please support a sponsored Walk on Sunday 24th October, from Urlingford Primary School at 2.00. All proceeds in aid of Zambian Immersion Project. Local C.B.S. boys Paul Bowden, Cathal Walsh & James Tobin will bring all proceeds to Africa in April. Registration fee is €10.
Information Meeting
Grange Development Group will hold an information meeting on forthcoming projects in the Badminton Hall, grange on Thursday 14th October at 8.00. All are welcome.
Gortnahoe Senior Citizens
Bus for Brendan Grace will leave Community Hall on Friday 15th next at 7.15p.m. Members going to Ballingarry on Thursday 21st October please give your names Post Office or any Committee member as soon as possible as transport has to be arranged.
Gortnahoe Bingo
The 15th Anniversary Bingo will take place on Saturday 16th October at 8.30. €2,500 in Prize Money, plus bonus and Monster Raffle. Support from the parish would be really appreciated.
Monthly Family Mass
Sincerest thanks for making our first monthly Family Mass such a sincere and prayerful occasion. The sincerity of everyone was shown especially in all your personal expressions of gratitude to God for your families and the love of your children shown in their drawings. Special thanks to those who came together with such enthusiasm to organise this first Family Mass . Next Family Mass will be on Sunday 7th November in both churches.
Albania Group
Welcome home to all who have given so much of themselves in Albania over the past week. Their example is so inspiring.
G.A.A. Lotto Draw Results
There was no winner of the €4,600 Jackpot on the 7th October. Numbers drawn were 3,6,14 and 23. Gortnahoe Youths F.C.
Gortnahoe Youths F.C. will play its first competitive match at U-10 this Sunday away to Clerihan at 10.30. Please support. Training for all ages on Friday evening 15th October in Gortnahoe Community Field from 6.00 to 7.00.
