Collection
The annual Collection for the support of the Missions is being taken up this week-end. If you have overlooked it, please contribute as soon as possible.
Sunday Mass
On Sunday 2nd December the Sunday Mass in Gortnahoe Hall will be at 10.00. This is to facilitate the Annual Sale of Work of Gortnahoe Development Association.
Gortnahoe Choir
Gortnahoe Folk Choir will be singing again at the Christmas Eve Mass. In preparation three practices will be held in Gortnahoe Hall. The first will be held on Wednesday 5th December in Gortnahoe Hall at 8.00. New singers and instrumentalists are most welcome.
St. Vincent de Paul Society Meeting
St. Vincent de Paul Society meet in Ballysloe N. S. on Tues. at 7.30.
Liturgy Course
A three night Liturgy Course begins in Ballingarry Church on Thursday night next from 8.00 to 9.30. A special invitation goes to all our Eucharistic Ministers, Readers and Church helpers to give inspiration and help.
Child Protection
As a diocese we must raise awareness of Child Protection issues. You are invited to either of two Parish Information Evenings in St. Patrick’s College, Thurles on Thursday December 6th from 7.00 to 8.30 or St. Anne’s Secondary School, Tipperary on Wednesday 5th December at 7.00.

Parish Annual will be published very shortly. Cost € 8.00 per copy.
Children’s Drama
Children’s Drama is starting in Glengoole Hall on Saturday November 24th at 4.00. Avail of this wonderful opportunity.
Care For the Aged
You are invited to visit the MFRC Training Course to see training in action on Friday 23rd November at 3.30 in Gortnahoe Community Centre. Maura Hoctor, Minister for older people will be in attendance.

Scoil Ruain
Scoil Ruain will close on Monday 19th as a mark of respect to the death of Mrs Rena Brett. Students who wish to attend the funeral should do so in full uniform.
