The Rosary will be recited before Mass in Glengoole every Saturday evening.

Trocaire Boxes are available in both Churches.
Trocaire Boxes are available in the porches of both Churches. Please take one home with you as well as one for a neighbour who cannot attend Mass. Please support Trócaire in their work of helping communities and families impacted by climate change. A little can make a great difference for others.
First Friday Communion Calls
Fr. Walton will bring Communion to the housebound, elderly and sick (by prior arrangement) on Friday, 7th March after the 9.30am Mass in Glengoole Church.
Confirmation Ceremony
Congratulations to all 54 children of the 3 parish schools who received the Sacrament of Confirmation on Friday.
May the Holy Spirit continue to guide and strengthen you in your lives.
Pobal Eile Choral evening
Choirs representing Gortnahoe Glengoole, Moyne Templetuohy, Moycarkey Borris and Thurles will participate in a choral service in Gortnahoe church on Sunday 2nd March at 7.00p.m. Please come along to enjoy this wonderful display of musical talent from all four parishes in our Pastoral group. Refreshments will be served in Gortnahoe Hall for all following the service.
World Day of Prayer

Day of Prayer for Survivors and Victims of Sexual Abuse
Day of Prayer for Survivors and Victims of Sexual Abuse takes place on Friday, March 7th (First Friday of Lent). This Day of Prayer is an initiative of Pope Francis and was first marked in Irish dioceses in 2017. On that day, Blessed candles will be lit in parishes across the country, including in both of our Churches, as a reminder of the need for atonement and to symbolise repentance; light in the darkness and hope.
Friendship in Faith Meetings for Young Adults
Friendship in Faith Meetings for Young Adults in Bohernanave Church on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month at 8pm. Meetings include prayer, adoration, scripture and reflection. Upcoming dates are March 7th and 21st and April 4th
Meet the Saints
On four of the Mondays of Lent, at 7.45pm in Lámh Chúnta, the lives of some well-known saints and some less well known will be examined. Beginning on Monday, March 10th, on the Martyrs of Cashel & Emly Diocese. All are welcome.

Ballysloe Breakfast Morning on Sunday 2nd March, 10am to 12.30, all welcome. All proceeds for upkeep of Ballysloe village, sensory garden and community fruit orchard.

Senior Social Group every Wednesday
