Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes
Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes is this Saturday 11th February. In 1992 Pope John Paul II instituted the World Day of the Sick to be held on this day. Pray for them.

Ecumenical Prayer Service in Kilcooley Church of Ireland
Annual Ecumenical Prayer Service will be on this Sunday 12th February in Kilcooley Church of Ireland church at 7.00. The Theme is “Shining a Light on our Climate” Come and join in this very important time of prayer and Get-Together.

Preparing for Confirmation
Confirmation in the parish this year will be on Tuesday 28th February in Gortnahoe Church. Preparation Practice will begin in the Church this week on Tuesday from 10.15 to 12.30 and on Wednesday from 10.15 to 12.30. On this Wednesday night, 15th February at 8.00 there will be a special practice in Gortnahoe Church for all Confirmation children and for all their sponsors. This ensures that all will be ready for the big day. Please include all those children in your prayers between now and the 28th February.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Weekly adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in Glengoole Church on Wednesday from 10.00 to 8.00 and Gortnahoe Church on Thursday from 10.00 to 7.00. We encourage as many as possible to visit Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
