Christmas Collection
Priests Christmas Collection will be taken up this week-end, 17th and 18th December. If you have overlooked it please contribute as soon as possible

Christmas Confessions
Christmas Confessions on Tuesday, with visiting priest: Glengoole 6,45, with Mass at 7.00 Gortnahoe 7.45, with Mass at 8.00.

Holy Communion for Housebound
Visiting the Housebound with Holy Communion will be on Wednesday morning in both ends of the parish. If there is anybody unable to be out for Mass at Christmas Fr. Irwin and Fr. O’Rourke will be delighted to bring them Holy Communion. Please inform either of them before Wednesday.

400 Club Parish Development December Draw
Congratulations to all winners. The January Draw will be on Mon 16th Jan. in Gortnahoe Hall 8.00.

Distribution of Parish Envelopes
Annual Distribution of Parish Envelopes for all Collections to all the homes of the parish is taking place at this time. Sincere thanks to all who are so generous with their time for such an important undertaking and sincere thanks to all who contribute throughout the year.

Eucharistic Adoration
No Eucharistic Adoration for the next two weeks. It will begin again on Wednesday4th Jan and Thursday 5th Jan.

Balllyboys November Hair Challenge
A huge thank you to all who contributed to and took part in the fundraiser. €19,125.80 which is about to be distributed to a number of charitieswhich have been named.

Ballyboys Annual Vehicle Run
Ballyboys Annual Vehicle Run will be on St. Stephen’s Day at 11.30
Please come out and support. All proceeds go to Pieta House and local Organisations.

Coffee Morning in MFRC
Free Coffee Morning in MFRC, Glengoole on Tuesday 20th Dec. from 11.00 to 1.00. Come along to see the Centre and join in a chat about upcoming training and educational programmes in 2017, etc.

Ladies Football Support Run
Ladies Football Support Run will be on Sunday 1st January. at 12.30. Start and Finish at Teach Sean agus Peig, Glengoole. Entry €10 Family €20.

Christmas Family Prayer
Dear Jesus, I pray for my family and place each of them in your care, love and protection. We ask the Holy Family of Nazareth to be our inspiration and model, and to protect our family as we begin each new day. May our family be strong in times of trial, united when crosses and trials come our way and support each other when some feel in need of comfort. May we too create times of joy and fun, memories of love and care and rejoice with each other as we journey each day. Amen.
