November Family Masses
To enable people be present in each end of the parish to pray for their dead buried there, the November Family Mass will be in Gortnahoe this Sunday 5th Nov. at 11.15 and in Glengoole next Sunday 12th Nov. at 10.00. The theme of the Mass is, “In November we Remember”

Remembering Our Dead
Masses for the repose of all your dead will be offered in the parish during the month of November.

Holy Soul Candles
Holy Soul Candles are on sale in the churches this week, Cost €1.00.

New 400 Club Draw First Draw
First Draw of the new New 400 Club Draw will be on November 27th. Please support it. €50.00 for the year. Draw Cards are now with the promoters . Be sure to join immediately with your usual promoter or sacristy.

Gortnahoe: Thursday 10.00 to 7.00.

Amoris Meeting
Amoris Meeting to prepare for the great events of Family Life next year and the visit of Pope Francis to Ireland: This Meeting will take place in Gortnahoe Hall on next Monday night 6th November at 8.00. So much good work and development is in our hands, so do not leave it to others, but come along on Monday night and be proud of what we can decide and do.

Training with parishioners for Listening Process and Parish Conversations will be next Wednesday 8th Nov. in Ballykisteen Hotel from 7.30 to 9.30. A warm welcome to all.

St. Vincent de Paul Thanks
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul wishes to thank everyone who supported their recent Annual Raffle. It was a very good success. There will be a meeting of SVP in Ballysloe School at 7.30 on Monday 6th November.

Lotto Results
There was no winner of the Jackpot this week. Numbers drawn were 1, 24, 28 & 29. . Jackpot was for 12,200. Lucky Dip Winners were Gussie Wall, Urlingford, D. & R. Kavanagh, Grange, John Brennan, Castlecomer and Kitty Grace, c/o Jimmy Meighan. Seller’s Prize went to Kevin Slattery. Next Draw on 9th Nov.at Hogans, Ballysloe for Jackpot of €12,400.
