Glengoole Drama
Two One act Plays, “Dispensary Dan” and “Never Again” by Pat Langton in Glengoole Hall on Friday 15th March at 8.00 for one night only. Please come and enjoy the night. Proceeds in aid of Glengoole Hall, and Millennium Family Resource Centre.
G.A.A. Lotto
There was no winner of the € 16,800 Jackpot this week. The numbers drawn were 1, 17, 19 & 21. Lucky Dip winners were Jackie Danagher, Urlingford, Maurice Bourke, Urard, Philip Treacy, Kilkenny & Patrick Stapleton, Borrismore.. € 25 Sellers Prize winner was Michael Cahill, Gortnahoe. Next Draw is 14th March in Prout’s. Jackpot will be €17,000.
All Ireland Schools Talent Competition
Best of Luck to Teresa Lanigan and all the Band members of ‘We Looked like Giants’ from Scoil Ruain. They are into the final of the All Ireland Schools Talent Competition this Saturday 9th at the Helix, Dublin.
Juvenile GAA
Juvenile G.A.A Club will hold another Registration Evening this Monday 11th from 7.00 to 8.00 for all who were unable to attend earlier nights. Limited gumshields still available at the reduced price of €3.00.
Forms were delivered to all schools during the week for the Easter Camp which will take place from 2nd to 4th April. The fee is €20.00 per child. We would appreciate if parents would fill these in and return them to the school.
