Morning Mass
Glengoole: Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9.30
Gortnahoe: Monday Wednesday and Friday at 9.30

Family Mass
The Family Mass for November will be this Sunday at Glengoole at 10.00 and in Gortnahoe at 11.15. Theme is "In November we Remember."

Rosaries for the Dead
Each Sunday in Glengoole after 10.00 Mass, in Good Shepherd after 11.15 Mass, in Boulick, Fennor and Aglish at 1.30, in Johnstown at 2.30 and Ballinalacken at 3.00.

Eucharistic Adoration
To continue our preparation for the Eucharistic Congress it is intended to have Eucharistic Adoration regularly in our churches. To organise this you are invited to a launch meeting in Gortnahoe Church on Wednesday evening at 5.30.

Meeting and Thanks
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is sincerely grateful to everyone who supported their recent Raffle. €1,389 was raised. Their Annual Mass and meeting is in Ballysloe N.S. on Tuesday 8th November at 7.30.

Gortnahoe Community Field Fund Raisers
Progressive 25 Card Drive for the Field and St. Vincent de Paul Society in Gortnahoe Hall on Thursday 1st December. Table Quiz in Prouts, Gortnahoe on Friday 9th December.

Gortnahoe Youths FC
Training continues next Saturday 11th Nov. in Glengoole Community Field. U12Boys, 9.30 to 10.45. U6 to U11Boys & U6 to U16 girls from 11.00 to 12.00. Girls Teams now up and running. Come along.

Drama
A meeting of Glengoole-Gortnahoe Drama Group took place recently. The Group will stage two One Act Comedies in the New Year and are seeking new members to join the group.

Meeting
A meeting will be held in Ballynonty Community House on Thursday 10th November at 8.00 to discuss proposed Garden of Remembrance for Ballynonty. All are invited.

Defibulator
A defibulator Machine has been purchased for the parish. It is placed outside the Hall in Gortnahoe. A number of local people have been trained in its use and have access to the defibulator. In the case of an emergency, that is cardiac arrest, either of the following numbers can be contacted for local assistance. 086 7749521 or 086 7749713.

Sale of Work
The Gortnahoe Community Hall Annual Sale of Work will take place this year on Sunday 4th December. Check Posters for further details.

Blood Transfusion
Blood Transfusion Service in the Dome, Thurles on Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th from 6.00 to 9.00. Please support.

Talk
John Lonergan, former Governor of Mountjoy Prison and inspirational speaker will give a talk in the Family Resource Centre, Glengoole on Tuesday 15th November at 7.00. All are welcome.

There was no winner of the €3,400 Jackpot on 3rd Nov. at Prouts. The numbers drawn were 1, 18, 19 and 29.
