ROAD SAFETY
Gay Byrne is absolutely right when he says that our road safety is our own responsibility. He cannot get into each car and truck and sit beside the driver as an ever  present Guardian Angel. He cannot make the drunk sober; nor the fatigued fresh. Nor can he turn reckless drivers into careful ones.
