Christmas Priests Collection
The Annual Christmas Priests Collection will be taken up on Saturday and Sunday next 16th & 17th December. Please give generously to this collection. Envelopes for the Collection were distributed at the beginning of the year. We ask the usual collectors to kindly attend.

Family Mass
December Family Mass will be on this Sunday 10th Dec. in Glengoole at 10.00 and in Gortnahoe at 11.15. Theme: Making Christmas Holy

Christmas Carol Service
Annual Christmas Carol Service will be Gortnahoe church on this Sunday 10th December at 7.00. Come along and get the wonderful Christmas spirit.

Glengoole: each morning except Wednesday at 9.30.

Church Envelopes for Collections
Distribution of Church Envelopes for Collections for 2018 will take place in Gortnahoe Hall on Thursday next 14th December at 8.00. We ask the usual distributers to please come along to get their usual envelopes for distribution.

400 Club December Draw
Parish Development 400 Club December Draw will be on this Sunday 10th Dec. in Gortnahoe Hall after the Christmas Carol Service. Come along.

MFRC Glengoole
Coffee Morning in aid of Cuan Saor Women’s Refuge on Tuesday 12th Dec.at 11.00 in the Centre. Please support this vital service for women and children affected by domestic violence. Thank you.

Christmas Assistance Application Forms
St. Vincent de Paul Society Conference Annual Christmas Assistance Application Forms are available in both Churches, Gortnahoe Post Office and Millennium Family Resource Centre. up to Dec. 11th. Completed Forms should be left at Post Office or MFRC by December 11th, to ensure that your request will be organised and dealt with

Annual Sale of Work for Gortnahoe Hall
The Annual Sale of Work for Gortnahoe Hall will be on Sunday 17th December at 1.30. Circulars and tickets have been distributed. Support appreciated to enjoy a wonderful day.

Nativity – Lights, Camel, Action!
Ballysloe School will perform their Nativity Lights Camel Action in Glengoole Hall on Thursday night 14th Dec. at 7.00. Support appreciated.

Christmas Bingo
Gortnahoe Christmas Bingo will be on Sat. 16th Dec. Over €2,000 in Prize Money. Many Spot Prizes. Support from the parish much appreciated.

Senior Citizens Committee
Gortnahoe Senior Citizens Committee wish to thank most sincerely all who supported their recent Collection and also everyone who gave donations to the Christmas Party, which was a huge success.

Sincere Thanks
The Gortnahoe Lip Sync Committee extends its sincerest thanks to all who contributed to making the night at the Dome, Thurles such an amazing success. The sum of over €60,000 raised will help so many.
