Family Mass in Glengoole Hall
Family Mass Meeting, in preparation for the monthly Family Mass will be in Glengoole Hall on Monday 24th August at 8.00.

Parish Development Draw
August 400 Club Parish Development Draw will be in Glengoole Hall on Monday night 24th August at 9.00. All are welcome and are invited.

Eucharistic Adoration
Eucharistic Adoration will take place on Wednesday in Glengoole Church from 10.00 to 8.00 and in Gortnahoe Church on Thursday from 10.00 to 7.00.

Ballynonty Memorial Garden
Annual Mass at Ballynonty Memorial Garden will be on Tuesday 25th August at 7.00.

Eucharistic Congress in Knock
National Eucharistic Congress in Knock will be held on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September. These are special days of celebration in honour of the Eucharist. Consider being present for both or one day.

Tidy Towns Meeting
Glengoole Tidy Towns Meeting at Hall on Thursday 27th at 9.30. Volunteers needed every Monday night at 7.00 to help beautify our village. Come along.

Financial Help for Students
Limited Financial help available for students wishing to pursue Third level Courses this coming academic year. Contact 087 1482056 for further information and Application Forms. Proof of Registration from College will be necessary and Accommodation Costs should also be included.

Gortnahoe Senior Citizens Trip to Killenaule on Wednesday 26th August, Names to Ann Stokes, Gortnahoe Post Office please.

Lotto Results
There was no winner of the Jackpot this week. Numbers drawn were 10, 11, 12 & 27. Lucky Dip winners were Michael Heffernan, Jun. Glengoole, Joe Kavanagh, Grange, Helen Heffernan, Glengoole, Lisa Crawford-Rohan, Grange. Sellers Prize was Ann Stokes, Gortnahoe. Next Draw at Prouts, Gortnahoe on 27th August. Jackpot €20,000. Parish Annual time again
This year we will be having a special chapter on the 60s. If you have any special memories of the 60s, we would love if you would share them with us.
